The company's fiscal year for 2008 ended on July 31. In March, 2009, the Board of Directors elected to change the Company’s fiscal year end to a calendar basis beginning with calendar year 2008. This change is intended to simplify our communication and will enable us to report our financial results in a timeframe consistent with the majority of our media and eCommerce peers. GKNT therefore established a four month transition period from August 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Effective January 1, 2009, GKNT began to file its quarterly reports on Form 10-Q under a calendar quarter reporting schedule.
The Company's Annual Report and SEC filings (including Form 10K and Form10Q) can be acquired electronically through www.sec.gov or through our SEC filings web page.
